Order Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
Cancellations made before the order ships receive a full refund. Most stocked items ship within 2–4 business days, so contact customerservice@bathatelier.com as quickly as possible.
After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to either:
- Refuse the delivery — the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, along with any return freight charges incurred.
- Accept the delivery and follow the standard process in our Return & Refund Policy (subject to restocking fees and customer-paid return shipping).
