Limited Warranty
Bath Atelier products are covered by a manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and vendor.
Where to Find Your Warranty
- The specific warranty period and coverage for each product is listed on its individual product page.
- If no warranty is specified on the product page, the default coverage is a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
Coverage
- Extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
- Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
- Begins on the date of delivery.
What Is NOT Covered
- Damage from improper installation or non-compliance with manufacturer instructions
- Damage from harsh cleaners, abrasives, bleach, acetone, or other chemicals
- Heat damage to any surface or finish
- Hard-water mineral buildup, scale damage, or clogs
- Normal wear: minor scratches, finish patina, gradual loss of gloss
- Natural variation in wood, stone, resin, or ceramic materials
- Commercial or non-residential use
- Labor for removal, reinstallation, plumbing, or electrical service
- Cosmetic damage reported after the 7-day delivery inspection window
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or acts of nature
How to File a Warranty Claim
Email customerservice@bathatelier.com with:
- Order number and date of purchase
- Photos and a description of the issue
- Proof of professional installation if requested
We respond within 3 business days. Approved claims are resolved through repair, part replacement, or product replacement at our discretion.
Installation Requirements
All products must be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable local codes. Damage caused by non-compliant installation is not covered under warranty.
