Shipping Policy

At Bath Atelier, every order is handled with the care our customers expect. Below is what to expect for processing, transit, and delivery.

Coverage

  • Free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. For custom freight quotes, contact customerservice@bathatelier.com.

Processing & Lead Times

Lead times may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, carrier delays, natural disasters, holidays, or other force majeure events. We will notify you if your order is affected.

Freight Delivery — What to Expect

Large or heavy items ship via LTL freight with curbside delivery:

  • The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone 18+ must be present to sign.
  • Delivery is to the end of your driveway or curb — the carrier does not bring items inside, unbox, install, or remove packaging.
  • Heavy items may require 2–4 helpers and proper equipment to move inside. Bath Atelier is not responsible for injury or damage during in-home transport.

Inspection at Delivery — Important

Please inspect the outer packaging before signing the delivery receipt. If you see any visible damage — crushed corners, holes, water stains, punctures — you must:

  • Note "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Take photos of the damage.
  • Contact us within 48 hours.

Signing without notation indicates the package arrived in good condition and may void our ability to file a freight claim on your behalf.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is free in the contiguous U.S. Expedited shipping is available on select items at additional cost. All shipping fees, including expedited charges, are non-refundable once an item has shipped.
