• Product images and descriptions are for reference. Actual products may vary slightly in color, grain, or finish due to natural material variation — these are not defects.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.
• Bath Atelier reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at any time.
• In the event of a pricing error, Bath Atelier may cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

3. Orders & Payment

• An order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance. Bath Atelier may cancel any order before shipment.
• Payment is processed at checkout through our secure payment partners.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address.

4. Shipping, Returns, Cancellations & Warranty

These are governed by separate policies incorporated into these Terms by reference: Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Order Cancellation Policy, Damage & Defect Claims, and Limited Warranty. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BATH ATELIER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
